VB4 and the current trouble ticketing system
 

i like the trouble ticket system that is built into this forum when you send an email to sales at vbulletin.com.
then it sends you a vBulletin Contact System - Verification Required email to verify your email address.
then it sends you an email linking you to the trouble ticket page to reply with follow ups.
is this a feature in vb4 or any previous versions?
