Keeps Logging out! Sudden Banning for Mods!
 

Hello!

I have been facing so many problems but I never asked for help. I always try solving them by myself* but these two annoying problems are driving us crazy.

I have a small Arabic community and "most" of members are noobs* their level of using computer and internet is very basic* so keep that in mind. Problems could be from their ends.

First problem:
About three months ago* the forum kept logging out some members. As soon as they log-in* they get logged out. I never had this problem but at least 20 members and some moderators had. I didn't really know what to do* at first I tried helping but no luck* then I started ignoring after my inbox got spammed regarding this issue.

Solutions I have tried which have failed:
- Planting [truncate session;] in Database. (It was a suggestion from someone)
- Turning off all hacks/plug-ins for about a week
- Using only original style.
- Suggesting to switch to Firefox.
- And maybe some other things that I've forgotten...

Reports of the first problem got reduced* I'm not sure whether they left the forum or somehow the problem got solved.

Second problem:
Every once in a while* a mod get banned. (By banning I mean converting us to visitors group). Lately* even admins and super-admins who are protected in the config file got banned! I check the admin log entries* and no banning actions! Luckily* there are a few admin who were able to unban each other. It never banned more than one member at once.

Solutions I have tried which have failed:
- Admins password expires every month. (in case forum was hacked or passwords were stolen)
- Added admins IDs to config file.
