Users Need 'approved' date* made available to User Promotions
 

I'd like to see a date (queriable and promotable) captured by vb for the date a user exits the COPPA usergroup* with the assumption that is the approved member date. There can be several days between join (registration) date and the date of actual approval* for several reasons (I manually screen new users.)

This would allow promotions out of a free trial period based on the actual time in the trial period* based on 'approved' date* not 'join' date.

It would also allow a more correct display of 'welcome to our newest member*' as browsers and spambots registering aren't yet members* and never will be if they are not approved.
