VB4 vs. Woltlab Burning Board v3.1

I'm currently a wbb customer and I am interested in switching to vBulletin because of the lack of english support @wbb mod community.

what i like about wbb is what i like is the plugin manager* the ability to upgrade via online via an upgrade server* how easy to use from both admin and user side* the pm system* the guestbook feature* the guest and everybody group* among other things.

Can you tell me what can vBulletin offer more than that compared to wbb v3.1 ?
