database recovery after server crash? have all files but can't ge to work.
 

I had a server failure* and now I'm trying to get my forums up and going again. I re-installed windows server and IIS on a new virtual machine* got php5 and mysql5 installed* but not exactly sure how to recover my databases and forums. I've moved all the files from the old mysql5 directory to the new one* and I've also moved my website files back to the server. But I can't connect to any of the databases. Please help.
