Errors trying to purchase - how long is 'defined period' I'm trying to complete a purchase and keep getting errors. Frankly* I'm ready to give up and stick with my old version. It's getting to be not worth the hassle. After getting locked out with a Visa because "3D Secure enrollment check failed"* I got locked out with my Amex for my "fraud score". Now i'm getting denied for too many attempts in a defined period: "We were unable to authorise this transaction based on the credentials supplied. Please supply an alternative payment method or cancel the transaction.Too many attempts in defined period." Why is it so hard to buy the upgrade? |
