Login/index not found
 

Hey*

Today I purchased and installed the latest version of vBulletin onto my website. The installation went smoothly* however I noticed there was no index page per-say (the main page of the forums) and there were no files that were not in their own folders ( /public_html contains only folders). Is this normal? How do I view my forums if it is? Also* when I login to the admin CP* it brings up a 404 page once i've logged in (/login.php?do=login). Is anyone able to help me fix this?
