If I upgrade to the publishing suite now will I have to also upgrade to the forums when they come out and pay the additional 175* or will paying the 130 now give me both 4.0 forums and 4.0 blog and cms when they're released?

Also ooc is there a torrent tracker software compatible with vb 4.0?
