Where are the FAQ's about the new purchase options?
 

Before the forum went down for upgrade last week* there was an official FAQ about all the current purchasing options. Could someone please point me toward it?

Also* one of the forum members had posted an unofficial FAQ covering much the same material but in a particularly helpful way. Is it still up somewhere? And if so* could someone point it out?
