VAT -- How do I get it refunded? I'm in the US. We are not subject to VAT. Yet* when I renewed my licenses today I was charged $19.50 in VAT on every one of my licenses. I'd like to get this refunded. How do I go about doing that? Ps. I'm surprised that you are charging US customers VAT. |
