Can't log on and "Invalid Action Specified"
 

I can not log on to my forums without going through the admin log on* and once I am logged
onto my forum I can not move* delete* etc messages* I get this error: "Invalid Action Specified"

I have not changed anything to the forums in the last two weeks* I am using 3.8.4 patch 1.

When I disable Hooks in the config file* I am able to log on to the forums without going through the admin
and I can again delete* move* messages as normal.

I only have CMPS v3.2.1* vBSEO 3.3.1* and v3 Arcade installed.
Do you think my site was hacked then? Do I need to remove and reinstall the above?

What should I do next?
