My two cents on how the editor should look
 

Hello*
As a UI designer myself* i've put something together really fast on how i believe the editor should look like.
- The attachements should move inside the "Your Message" window* not on "Additional Options"
- The actions "Submit" and "Preview" should be outside the window.

I understand that if there is a lot of attachements* the actions "Submit" and "Preview" will go down. But* it kindof forces the users to look at attachements that he's submitting first and the submit the message... kind of a confirmation...

Anyways* just my two cents...
