Google AdSense inside of a private forum?
 

I just noticed that VBulletin now has google adsense integration. this is great! however I run a forum that requires all members to be registered for an account before they can view anything and i don't want my forums to be indexed on search engines.

its a forum for fraternity and sorority members and we have private discussion on it that we would rather not be open to public consumption.

so how do i accomplish activating google adsense with out violating the privacy of my site? also how do i make sure certain forums are free of adsense as that I do not want to violate the policy? in short* i only want the ads in the pg-13 sections and not in the rated R sections?
