How much posted between dates?
 

I'm running a competition on my website where these are the rules:

• Be a registered member of the forum.
• Create at least 10 NEW threads from now until closing date (Not Spam!).
• Create at least 20 NEW posts from now until closing date (Not Spam!).
• Private Message me to enter provided the above conditions are met

How can i tell who has posted 10 new threads and created 20 news posts between now and the competition closing date?

Would be nice to have something that shows me the usernames and how many posts and threads from today onwards for next 4 weeks.
