The (0 Viewing) for visitor should not appears* and for registered/logged in users neither...

For registered/logged in user appear only when the count of viewing user are one or more...

Maybe it's a good idea remove it and put it in a title when you pass the mouse over the forum name* just to clean a little bit the view....
