Server crashed hard...not sure I have files I need
 

Ok* so our server crashed in a big way and we had to completely blow away the OS* restore it* etc.

What I have:

- backup of the directory structure of the old vBulletin files on server (i.e.* image* includes* all those files)
- individual SQL files (i.e.* access.sql* adminhelp.sql* administrator.sql* and so on)
- db name* pwd* etc. (from old config.php file)

My question is - how do I go about restoring from these files on the new vanilla server? Or can I* for that matter?
