Problems changing "Sub-forums" text for specific forum
 

I would like to change the "Sub-forums:" text on the main forum page to say "Advertiser Announcements:" but only for a specific forum.

I could not get either method of using conditionals to work. So as an experiment to see if I can change this per forum I have gone into phrases and found the subforums phrase and tried both:

Sub-forums:
some text
some text
This simply displays "Sub-forums:some text some text" in ALL forums which have subforums* not just forum 39.

Can I not use conditionals in phrases?
