Up-Loading Picture
 

Trying to upload a picture into a message on my own forum and it asked me for the URL location of the picture. Can I just upload it from my local hard drive and the server will hold it* is this possible? Maybe I don't have a setting correct? Any suggestions? Thanks for info.
