Product/Plugin System Backwards compatibility for 3.x products/plugins?
 

I would not be surprised if all the products and plugins would have to be redone for 4.0. But will there be an effort to make possible any backward compatibility for any 3.x products/plugins? At least those that do not do template auto-editing or other clearly incompatible actions. Or even only those that implement custom BBCodes* like the table or the LaTeX ones* or else make their own pages* like the vbGoogleMap one.
