There are many good suggestions here in forums for years now and they havent been implemented in vb4. Project tools havent been invented with usability in mind* so no wonder there is mess and chaos nowdays and people are quite disapointed.

I suggest vbulletin will implement some voting capability with UP and DOWN votes within suggestions forums* or use dedicated script.
