Current licence holders of vB 3.8.x series
# Can I (we) be allowed to fix/patch our 3.8.x (vBulletin Legacy when it comes to that).
# Will I (we) be in breach of any current 3.8.x 'Licence Aggreement' if apply own fix/patch.
# Will I (we) lose any or all support (most likely* sa this is file hacking... even thou it maybe a fix).
# If I (we) choose to not to upgrade* then will I (we) still have access to forum or be restricted to anyway. (details in exactly how)
