I am a moderator of the site nextgenupdate.com. Our site is fully in compliance with the law. When your son signed up* he agreed to the ToS which mention that all posted content is user-generated and not in affiliation with the site owner or staff - including malicious content. Your son was banned from xbox live for reasons not in direct relation to our site.
