To who concern:

I got a couple questions to ask.

1. My license just expired couple months ago. So if I choose the upgrade pre-sale order right now. I would be pay only $190 USD right?

2. If my first question is answer YES. So where do I go to get upgrade with $190? Because I went to the PURCHASE LINK* in there I don't see any option where I could order with $190. So can someone tell me exactly where I need to go to get purchasing correctly?
