Frankly* I have no head for numbers and figuring things mathematically* and the new licensing - with all the various answers to questions - still has me confused. So I'm going to ask a very simple question; I only need a simple answer* with no explanations. OK? lol

I currently have a 3.x owned license.
It expires in November.
I am unable to take the special offer* but I will be renewing my license before it expires in November.

When 4.0 is released* do I get it free or not?
