Direction please.
 

In a previous post i asked a question about bulk discounts available to those who qualify and how it would affect those who wanted to buy vb4 suite. Since none of the staff has answered this i must assume that i will be treated as a new customer and my six owned licences are worth jack ****.
Ok. As a new customer* i have been reading the forums and it seems that although the staff here are trying their best they really don't know what is going on themselves. Lions lead by donkeys i think is the phrase.
I would like a statement from a senior executive to tell me the direction vbulletin is going to convince me (and thousands others) to part with hundreds of dollars.
Until i see this direction i will not spend any money with you because at the moment i see you as..... a risk. Convince me!
