How to add IP block to htaccess?
 

I am nervous about going into my htaccess and changing things. I have a list of country ip codes from here

http://www.countryipblocks.net/continents/

and I want to keep all people outside the USA out. I only want people who are in the United States of America to be able to visit this site.

how and were do I put the info? Here is my htaccess I just copy and pasted it in here so you can show me where to add the code:
