Strange problem with database connect
 

Hello

Here is the situation.

1. Install vbulletin + vbportal
2. Backup database from vbulletin admin panel
3. Download files with FTP client
4. Reinstall server
5. Install vbulletin + vbportal (everything is ok)
6. Upload files from local folder via FTP
7. Upload old database (from 2) via forum admin panel

This is my situation. Now i get this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 4227


Any ideas how to fix this?
