How do you feel Jelsoft is treating its customers? Firstly* we received no email notification about the need to keep our owned licenses current in order to qualify for a discount. Then* to add insult to injury we were sent the email today telling us we all qualify for the $130 upgrade. I am absolutely furious. I have never seen a company treat its customers this way. I have given Jelsoft hundreds of dollars of my money and now I get treated like a piece of garbage. Jelsoft* you owe every single customer a personal apology for this insulting* disgusting* appalling behaviour. Jelsoft customers* vote and let Jelsoft know how you feel! :mad: |
