Even though I apparently don't qualify for the $130 upgrade I nonetheless got the email today telling me that I do.

As far as I'm concerned that means that I'm entitled to the $130 upgrade.

Jelsoft* you need to start backpeddling pretty damn quickly.

You sent that email out to everyone with an owned license irrespective of whether it was current ot not.

Why weren't we informed* by email* about the need to keep owned licenses current to qualify for this discount?

Why did we get the email telling us that we did even though we don't?

This is an appalling way to treat your customers!

I demand an apology.
