Owned License Upgrade?
 

With regards to the new pricing structure; I own 2 vbulletin licenses* does this mean that after 1 year has passed* i no longer own my licenses? Since i own my licenses* does that mean i have to pay to upgrade to 4.0 ?

Also* will development of 3.8.x discontinue? Will security updates still be released for it?
