What about the $240 I just spent less than a month ago?
 

Less than a month ago* I spent $240.00 here. (Sept 26th)
$180 for vBulletin and then $60.00 for the Blog addon.

Now three weeks later* I need to pay another $130 to keep my blog
on version 4.0?

Tell me that's a mistake?

If this is true I want a REFUND for my blog software and then I will
consider upgrading to 4.0 Publishing Suite.

How is this being handle?
