Upgrading Multiple Licenses and Question about Expired License
 

I have multiple licenses that I will be upgrading* however* I can not find a log out or switch account link. Can one be added or am I somehow missing the link?

Also* for licenses that are expired* shouldn't there be an option to upgrade to the forum license in addition to the publishing suite or will that not be an option?
