Clarification for vBulletin 4 Classic Pricing

I don't need or want the new vBulletin Suite.

I'm confused though about the pricing for vBulletin 4.0 Classic.

I have two owned and active vBulletin licenses. Does this mean that I get 4.x Classic for free? If not* what is the upgrade price?
