Attachment uploading/viewing
 

When attempting to upload small JPG (under 30Kb)* receive the following:

Along with a large amount of text.

I've recently moved to a new server (Windows 2008 R2). I'm running PHP 5.3.0* MySQL 5.0.5.

I've included my PHP.INI

Items are stored in the database.
