Upgraded* But some links not working?

I have just upgraded the above forum* but the Advertise section on the right - the links don't seem to work?

I get an error page.

Can someone shed some light on this?

Also* In the admin panel* i think the Modules section is missing? I am sure it was there before* How do I get it back?
