Infractions
 

I have a forum with very few moderators simply because it is the problem with touchy subject and I need to trust my moderators. However* I want to give power to the "friends of the forum"* to give infractions* but only for example up to 50 points per user. That way two friends can ban together.

I hope this is understandable.
