RSS feeds - conceptual question
 

I am new to vb.

So* the admin area has so many functions. I am looking at the RSS feed manager. What is it for?

My site has an RSS feed* and a vb forum.

So* what does this do? insert the RSS items as new messages? How do you all use the RSS feed manager on your sites? Can anyone show me something I can look at* to see what you can do with it?

I'm intrigued
