USER_LOGIN_BOX formating problem
 

It's painful to be spending long hours on simple little things like this* but being new to web development it's expected* so apologies for silly questions...:(:confused:

I moved USERS_LOGIN_BOX into the MAIN_MENU_1 box (side panel) and now unsuccessfully struggling trying to enforce a line break btw Username input and Password label* and/or to prevent new line break btw Password Label and Password input. To make things clearer* to make it look like this:

Username Input
Password Input

instead of:

Username Input Password
Input

I made changes to css.php* default.tpl and top.tpl (mod/users/templates/usermenus/) in many different ways. I tried to modify the corresponding theme.html. Nothing seems to have any effect. Could anyone please help?
