forum turned off even though the option shows Yes in admincp??
 

im running into a wierd problem lately. my forum shows it is off on the index page* but when i login to admincp and goto the options for the on/off switch* it shows a bubbles on the Yes for forum active...so the forum should be on. i have to click on save to turn the forum back on manually.

im not sure if that is causing the issue. i have it installed on several forums i operate and only one site is giving me this problem. any ideas?
