My forum staff are bullying my forum's members
 

My own forum staff are bullying my forum members (particularly a specific one* but also a few others)

I've been trying to reason with them and get the innocent member unbanned* but they keep flaming me (despite the fact that I am the FORUM OWNER!) and threatening me

In fact one of them even said:

I'm not *allowing* you to unban [the person's username]
Despite the fact I am more powerful than them

They won't even accept a one week ban* it just HAS to be a permanent one!

And if I explain to them its my forum so I make the rules on it they won't even listen and threaten to leave and evne worse bring spammers

I really need advice on what to do in this situation!
