How do I use HTML when sending Emails to Users in the CP?
 

How do I use HTML when sending Emails to Users in the CP?

(The default email program sends straight text out. I'd like to use HTML to dress up our emails)

If not* how would I increase the size of the small text that is used in sending out emails?
