set header image to % width of forum?
 

someone was nice enough to create a header for our forum* but i am running into yet another slight dilemma* how do i set the header image to not exceed the forum width? i know the forums is set to 100%* but when i use this code:

the header banner goes way beyond the forum width itself when the resolution is lower

any help would be greatly appreciated* and for those that have already provided help on other things* I thank you again :D
