can we give additional sizes using promotion ?
 

I would like to give my forum users above 10k posts additional attachment* profile picture and avatar sizes*
I could have used default promotion system* but the users are of various usergroups so it turns tough for me to set up a new usergroup for all promotions* so I would need some suggestions how to proceed ??

and if I set as additional usergroup promotion will it conflict with settings as some usergroups have higher pm storage and etc.. ??
