Reporting a server using cracked vbulletin?
 

Hi guys* I know someone who is hosting a cracked version of vBulletin which I wholeheartedly disagree with* and as such would like to know the proper method of going about reporting it? A person who I have known for a few months now* I recently found out he does hack cheats for games and has told me personally that he's hosting his forums using a cracked vBulletin* in fact he was boasting about it* so how do I report this for investigation or whatever it is that you do? Thanks.
