How to get a good Admin for my VB Forum.
 

I would like to hire a good VB Admin* for my forum. The Admin should be comfortable with the following tasks;

• Installing forum mods
• Upgrading the forum when new VB versions are released
• Setting up a system for database back-ups and any other back-ups required
• Optimising server usage and database efficiency etc.
• Tweaking the forum theme. The Admin would not need to create original designs / logos or anything like that but I would hope that they could make small changes to the themes when required
• Advising on any SEO issues. The Admin would not be expected to do any SEO* but I would hope that they could alert me to any coding problems that could adversely affect forum SEO
• Notifying me of any other technical requirements on the forum.

The Admin would not be required to moderate posts* manage members or help to promote the forum. I could pay either a monthly retainer fee or by the hour as and when work is required.

1. Do you think my requirements are reasonable?
2. Is there anything missing from my requirements list?
3. Have you any suggestions as to how I could find the right person?
4. Given that my own technical knowledge is not great* can you please give any suggestions that would help ensure that I don't give someone access to the ACP only to find that they've ruined the forum or deleted the forum database?
