Other sites copying and 'spinning' content
 

I found something somewhat alarming this morning. A site copied my content* replaced certain words and phrases (to make it appear as their own)* and somehow is ranking higher for certain keywords. Of course they stuck adsense ads all around the site as much as they could. Perhaps the most alarming part is they are using vbulletin.

Has anyone seen this happen to them?
