bbcode help needed
 

OK so i finally got a REAL Bulletin .......and I am trying to embed a video from one of my pages and I need to use bbcode for obvious security reasons html being the main culprit.

I use the most recent version of flow player ( http://flowplayer.org/index.html ) as my streaming player and the most recent of vBulletin for my forums.

I would totally appreciate any help i could get because i have no idea what is is I have to do.
