vBulletin Home pages
 

I'd like to start a community website which contains forums* blogs* profiles* etc (all of which are available with vBullettin) ... but I don't to have to redirect people from the home page to the vbulletin to read threads.
I would like the home page to be the same layout as the forums just without the forums.. so is that something that can be easily achieved?

Basically* I'd like all the links to be along the top where "user CP"*"Projects"* "Blogs? etc are... SO I'd like there to be a "home" button there and have the home page have the same header and footer* just different content to be completely different...

If I'm not describing what I'm looking for very well* I apologise. I'm really only familiar with HTML but I'm sure I can learn other things quite quickly.
