Payment by Non registered members
 

I have set up subscriptions using a paypal payment gateway to allow registered members to bu upgraded membership packages and also to buy souvenirs online.

Is it possible to give unregistered members access to the payments page?

When I go into payment permissions amd User permissions it shows by default that unregisterd members should be allowed to purchase but when they try to access via http://www.powerboat.ie/forums/payments.php they are blocked:confused:.

Is it possible to set up ... Am I missing a step in the process?
