As regards to that announcement* I'm sure leased licenses are included as well (since owned wasn't specifically classified)? I'll definitely upgrade to an owned license* and might buy it to begin with* just all depends on current budget needs for a possible upcoming project.

So* just need to know if leased licenses are included in this. Thanks.
